Job Description
- Work Dates Needed:3/16/2026-6/30/2026
- Preferred Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8a-5p (60), with 1 Saturday a month (9a-1p) No holidays
- Worksite Setting: Clinic outpatient
- Scope of Work: Acute care, primary care, outpatient
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: FNP with active FL license, BLS and DEA. Must be able to see ages 2+. Primary Care experience.
- EMR: EPIC (experience Preferred)
- Pay Rate Preferred: $75-$80 per hour
