Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAC- 13-week contract
- Preferred Schedule: 3 providers needed for night shift 6p-6a (NIGHTS ONLY)
- Worksite Setting: Corrections
- Scope of Work: H&P's, medication, and follow ups. Provider will evaluate patients for: sick call request appointment as results of a physician order, urgent/emergent basis, Basic suturing required
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX license, BLS, DEA, Board Cert. TB Test, Hep B, MMR, Varicella and a drug screen
- EMR: Epic
