Job Description
About the Position:
This role is open to an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)—new graduates are not being considered.
- Full-time schedule: 4 days per week (32 patient contact hours)
- Split schedule between two clinic sites in the Columbia River Gorge region:
- 2 days in White Salmon, WA
- 2 days in a nearby riverside community known for its close-knit, rural setting and access to outdoor recreation
- Provide comprehensive family medicine to your own patient panel, along with same-day, walk-in, and acute care visits during designated times
- Practice in a team-based, collaborative environment alongside experienced clinicians and support staff

Requirements:
- Active Washington State NP or PA license and DEA registration in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an NP or PA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary (Exempt): $125,000–$130,000 annually (higher depending on experience and licensure)
- Bilingual Differential: Additional $0.75/hour for Spanish/English proficiency
