About the Position

A Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) opportunity is available in New Castle, Pennsylvania, within a well-established, mission-driven community health system that provides comprehensive primary care services to underserved and rural populations across the region. The organization operates multiple outpatient clinics and is known for its strong emphasis on accessible, patient-centered care regardless of ability to pay.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, team-based environment with a focus on continuity of care, preventive medicine, and improving community health outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Active Pennsylvania RN and CRNP licenses
  • Current DEA license
  • Experience or familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive care with minimal supervision
