Hours: 7A-3:30P
Scope of work: Onsite outpatient health clinic. Primary care seeing ages 5 and up
EMR: Epic
Requirements: Active AZ license, BLS DEA, and experience in Phlebotomy and Primary Care
Pay: $80.00 per hour
