Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: July 13-July 17, July 20-July 24, Aug 3-Aug 7, Aug 10-Aug 14, Aug 17-21, Aug 24-Aug 28, and Aug 31, 2026
- Preferred Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday (Sampit) 8:00A-5:00P Monday and Friday: (Frasier) 8:00A-5:00P Wed (Frasier) 9:30A-6:30P
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient FQHC
- Scope of Work: 20 patients on average. 2 support staff. Provider works solo must have experience working solo
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active SC license, DEA, BLS. Must see all ages
- EMR: eCW
- Weekly pay via direct deposit, full medical liability insurance
- Pay: $85.00-$90.00 per hour. Local providers only
