Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Coverage as soon as credentialed through December 31, 2026
- Preferred Schedule: Mondays/Tuesdays: 6am - 6pm, Wednesdays/Fridays: 6am - 4pm and Thursdays: 8am - 4pm
- Worksite Setting: Employee Health Clinic | 2 Providers and 3 MAs
- Scope of Work: Primary Care, DOT Physicals (12-20 Annually) 7-10 patients per day
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Current NP/PA I license, BLS, 3 years of APP experience, DOT Cert.
- EMR: EPIC; MD-Scripts
- Pay Rate: $85 an hour
