About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an outpatient primary care team in Page, Arizona.

• 100% outpatient
• No call
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Schedule options: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Opportunity to provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to a diverse patient population
• Practice within an established community health organization with integrated healthcare resources

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $108,725–$152,200, based on experience and qualifications.
