About the POSITION:

A well-established, nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its primary care team in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

• Provide full-scope primary care to patients across the lifespan

About the SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

About the QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Appropriate national certification

• Current or eligible for Pennsylvania NP or PA licensure

• Current or eligible for DEA registration

• Comfortable utilizing Electronic Health Records

• Ability to provide comprehensive and continuous primary care in a compassionate, patient-centered manner

• Comfortable practicing with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with the broader healthcare team
