Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 10.16.2026, 11.5-6, 11.12 -13, 11.19 - 20, 12.3 - 4, 12.10 - 11, 12.17 - 18.2026
- Preferred Schedule: Mondays/Fridays- (9am - 5pm (can adjust if needed) Tuesdays/Thursdays- 6am - 6pm
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: Primary care with DOT physicals and workers comp exams. 9-12 patients per day
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: NC, BLS, DEA and DOT certification. Must have 3 years of APP experience.
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate: $90 an hour
