Work Dates Needed: Starting ASAP for 3-6 month contract
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. No weekends or holidays
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
Scope of Work: Comprehensive outpatient primary care duties
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified FNP, active PA license, BLS, DEA.
EMR: EClinical
Pay Rate: $75-80/hr
