Schedule/Hours: Monday-1p-5p, Tuesday-745am-5p and possibly Wednesday- 745a-5p and Friday- 8a-12p
Scope of Practice: Employee Health Clinic
Patient Load: 10-15 Patients per day.
Travel & Housing: Mileage covered and A++ Malpractice Insurance.
Requirements: Active TX licensure, Board Certifications, and DEA.
