Job Description
We are working with a practice just east of Sheboygan, WI that is needing a FNP for medical leave:
Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Reason for Need: medical leave
Dates: 7/23 - 10/22
Pay rate: $55/hr + malpractice + mileage
BC/BE: BC FNP, WI license, DEA, BLS
Schedule: Mon-Fri hours...3 Days/week...8-5
Patient load/age: 10-15 per day
Provider working solo?: yes
Support Staff: MA, RN
Typical/Required Procedures: basic Family Medicine cases
Privileges required: 2-3 weeks
