Located in Southern Oregon and home to about 85,000.
About the GROUP:
We are a federally qualified community health center that is committed to serving a diverse group of people many of whom face barriers to care. Our multi-disciplinary teams focus on providing excellent medical care and supporting the emotional and social needs of our patients. These teams include a mix of family nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, health coaches, nurses, MAs, registration personnel and team leads.
They have 17 locations. 6 are Main Clinics, then they have School Based health centers staffed with MD's and NP’s, and a Mobile Health unit that served the homeless population
About the POSITION:
Nurse Practitioner needed at one of their 6 locations - will depend on highest need
Outpatient only
They are open to either a 4 or 5 day work schedule. 5- 8 hour days or 4 -10 hour days
Provider will work 1 Saturday in every 6
Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
Full scope family medicine to patients of all ages
Prefer experience working with low income children and families in migrant and community health.
