Job Description
We are currently seeking a nurse practitioner for full-time coverage at a correctional facility near Richmond, Virginia. (About 20 miles away)
Job Details
- Full-time Monday- Friday
- NO weekends
- ONE WEEK CREDENTIALING; client is ready to hire someone ASAP
- Full support staff
- Basic Primary Care duties, sick/well visits, physicals, some hypertension/diabetes with the older patients, should be comfortable performing light trauma such as sutures
- Roughly 20-25 patients per day
- Male & female inmates
- Initially a 3 month assignment, but could be extended for the right candidate
