About the POSITION:
- Primary Care – Advanced Practice Clinician
- 2+ years of APP experience in Family Medicine is required
- 100% Outpatient – Hospitalist service officers strong consult, inpatient and direct admit support
- Collaborate with other medical providers to formulate a plan of care to meet patients’ needs
- Enjoy rural, small-town charm within close proximity to larger city amenities
