A well-established Community Health Group, nationally recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their skilled Primary Care Team. Contact Lew Sorensen for more details.
About the POSITION:
- Family Medicine – Nurse Practitioner
- Schedule: Monday - Friday plus rotating Saturdays
- Call: telephone triage only – weekly, once every 3 months
- Patient Volume: 15 average per 8 hour shift
