- Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Full time position
- Outpatient clinic working with shelter patients
- Mainly Monday – Friday
- Working between two clinics in Brooklyn
- This individual will be the only provider on site
- Need a provider who will be able to take charge of the visit and effectively be able to manage patients from a shelter population
- Must see patients of all ages
- Must have a primary care background

A hospital working with under served populations in New York City is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time position working mainly Monday – Friday. Will be working between two clinics in Brooklyn.
