Group has five locations in Upstate NY about 2.5 hours from Montreal, Canada.
ABOUT THE GROUP:
Group began in 1975 and now is an FQHC with 5 locations. They added their 5th location in January 2020. They provide an array of services: Primary and Pediatric care, Optometry, Dental care, Physical Therapy, Health Home Care Coordination, and Substance Abuse Support.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our primary, pediatric, and behavioral health team. The new site includes eleven primary care suites. Candidates must possess a New York State license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. All locations are located within a short driving distance from the Adirondack Mountains, Vermont, the St. Lawrence River, and Canadian cities such as Montreal and Ottawa.
