Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Outpatient Primary care – Community Health
Needed dates: Starting ASAP – 60 – 90 day assignment while permanent providers are credentialing
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am- 5 pm seeing about 25 patients a day. Outpatient.
Practice: Family Medicine.
Supporting Staff: Medical Officer, Clinic Administrator, Patient Services Manager, RN Case Manager, Medical Assistants, Medical Phone Assistants, Referral Staff members and Clerical support.
EMR: Allscripts; prefer a provider with Allscripts experience.
$60/hour All Inclusive – No T/L
