About the GROUP:
Since 1982 the group has delivered quality care for communities in Elmore and Owyhee Counties. Group was incorporated and has grown its primary and behavioral health care services adding dental services in 2004 to meet the needs of the communities. Group is a non-profit private corporation, governed by a Board of Directors who volunteer their time and effort to make quality health care available to all. Group’s sites are FTCA Deemed Health Care facilities. The corporation consists of three health center sites.
About the POSITION:
FNP
Prefer 3-5 years' experience
Spanish speaking needed
Outpatient Clinic
5 days a week, and every 5th Saturday (have the following Monday off in exchange)
M-F 8-5 but open until 7:30 on Tues, Thurs, and Sat
40 hour workweek
Will see 15 patients per day, with incentive paid for each visit above 15
Will work with 2 MD's, 1 DNP, and 4 PA's
Will take call every 5th week, that they work the Saturday
Phone call only
It is for the whole week
Answering service screens calls and sends texts to on-call providers; not very busy call
EMR/EHR is Athena
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Salary with the encounter based RVU
RVU is calculated for each cay and paid every two weeks with payroll

Relocation
CME 40 hours, and reimbursement of licensing etc.
