About the POSITION:
- FNP will provide primary care to all ages
- Outpatient clinic and participate in an on-call schedule.
- Must be willing to work 1-2 evenings a week
- Must be willing to work 1-2 Sat a month
- Local physicians to provide hospital coverage.
- Chronic disease management, Urgent/Sick care, and preventative care; along with full scope Primary Care to patients of all ages.
