(Archived) Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner - Office and Hospital settings

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Gastroenterology to join our team, providing care in both office and hospital settings. Collaborating with our Fellowship-trained and Board-certified Gastroenterologists, you will engage in our office-based practice and hospital coverage. Our outpatient procedures are conducted in our state-of-the-art GI Endoscopy Suite.

Desirable qualifications include proficiency in managing colitis, gastritis, and GERD, as well as expertise in upper and lower GI procedures. Effective collaboration with healthcare teams and comfort in patient interactions, including prescribing medications and counseling on procedures, are essential for success in this role.

The schedule includes weekday office hours, hospital rounds, and occasional half-days on weekends, with corresponding time off during the week. If you are a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for gastroenterology.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. hold
• Valid Drug Enforcement Agency certificate
• Massachusetts controlled substances registration, BLS, and ACLS.
• At least 1-2 years of gastroenterology experience is desirable
