(Archived) Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner

Focus on general GI patients with an emphasis on liver disease. Responsibilities include independent and collaborative patient care, disease management, and follow-up visits. Support clinic and hospital needs, including day and evening calls. Advanced medical and nursing knowledge, evidenced-based practice, and excellent communication skills required for providing high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits: $120,000 - $130,000 plus full benefits package

Requirements:

• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience working with patients with liver disease
• National Board Certification required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with GI or pain treatment preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, electronic health systems and databases, such as EPIC, required
• Knowledge of GCP, federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA policies and procedures.
