Job Description
Greetings! We are seeking Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners that are interested in working with an established organization that delivers post-acute, transitional care in Bassett, VA. Please refer to Job ID#67456 if you are interested:
- Full-time Permanent Position
- Duties include coordinating appropriate care for the patients such as routine check-ups, treatment plans, and early detection of illnesses with collaborating medical personnel
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as an Advanced Provider providing Geriatric care
