- Setting: Senior day center health clinic
- Dates: ASAP – ongoing until perm hired
- Schedule: 3 days per week M-F 8a-5p
- Volume: 8-10 patients per day
- Scope: primary care for elderly patients, daily reports, and interdisciplinary team meetings
- EMR: Truchart
- Requirements: NY lic, DEA, BLS
- Pay rate: $85 per hour
