Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Locums Geriatric Physician Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care in a Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Custodial Care Inpatient Unit in Burlington, VT. This position offers a 5-day per week schedule with shift hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The patient load averages between 8-12 patients per day.
Burlington, Vermont, located in the northwestern part of the state, is a picturesque city known for its stunning views of Lake Champlain and the nearby Green Mountains.
Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics preferred.
Certifications Required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
