Job Description
Our client is seeking multiple NP/PAs for home care in southern Nevada. Please see Job ID #66591
- Full-time, permanent position
- 40- flexible, hour workweek (exact schedule to be discussed with interview)
- You will be part of a clinical care team delivering a system of health care in the home via driving a company vehicle to place of service
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience seeing patients in, SNF, home health, and Primary Care settings to be considered for this position.
- Duties include physical examinations, check-ups, chronic disease management, wellness care, and minor wound care procedures as needed
- you will also be conducting follow-up, and reducing the likelihood of hospital admission with patient and family education
- Provider will be seeing 8-10 patients per day, also assessing living conditions to diagnose/prevent health issues
- Nevada state license in hand or in process, as well as DEA certification
