- Setting: 20 bed CAF
- Dates: June 14-23, Oct 18-24, Nov 8-10, Nov 22-28, Dec 20-26
- Scope: No procedures
- Shift hours: 10a-10p
- Average admits per day: 6-10 per provider
- Average census per day: med/surg and ICU average 10-12
- EMR: EPIC
- Requirements: active OR lic, DEA, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Pay Rate: $100 per hour
