- Ongoing assignment
- 1-2 days a week (can be flexible on days)
- Will be doing primary care work
- Sick and well visits, medication management, referrals, follow ups, etc.
- Youngest age provider will see is 10+
- Will accept someone that only see's adults
- Not necessary for provider to see children
