About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient primary care team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to adult and senior patients. You’ll work collaboratively with a supervising physician and interdisciplinary care team to ensure patients receive comprehensive, evidence-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans under physician supervision.
• Provide care for adults and seniors with acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate patient care using evidence-based medicine and current clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours of patient visits.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic condition management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP program.
• Active state OK license
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient or primary care experience preferred.
• ACLS/BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and EMR documentation skills.
