Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Start as soon as credentialed (10-15 days) through June 3rd
- Preferred Schedule: M-Th 8am to 5pm, Fri 8am to Noon
- Worksite Setting: Rural Clinic
- Scope of Work: 12-20 patients per shift, acute illness and chronic condition follow up
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active LA state license or IMLC, BC
- EMR: Epic| Experience is a must
- Pay Rate: $85-$90/hr.
