- Setting: outpatient senior care center – PACE program
- Dates: as soon as credentialed – ongoing until perm provider is hired
- Work Hours: M-F 8a-5p
- Scope: comprehensive medical care for elderly patients
- Duties: manage chronic illnesses and attend interdisciplinary care team meetings
- Requirements: active NC license, DEA, NC CSR, BLS, ACLS
- Credentialing timeframe: 2-4 weeks
