Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in Utah | Seeking Full-Time Coverage | June 2024 and Ongoing

Coverage Needs:
-- Coverage: June 2024 and ongoing, extensions every 6 months for at least one year
-- Schedule:
o 12 Hour Shifts, Day and Night: 7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am
o 24 Hour Shifts: 7am-7am

Assignment Details/Requirements:
-- Facilities:
o Primary Children's Hospital - SLC campus
o NEW Primary Children's Hospital - Lehi Miller campus
o Intermountain Medical Center
o Utah Valley Hospital
-- Volume:
o PCH = 5-7 patients per shift
o Lehi = 6-8 patients per shift
o IMC = 8-10 patients per shift
o UVH = 8-10 patients per shift
-- Admissions: 1-3 per day and 1-3 per night
-- Supervision: Providers will help train NNP students
-- Experience: Need experience working in Level IV surgical NICU with ECMO training
-- Required: Board Certified NCC Neonatal NP, BLS, PALS, NRP
-- License: Prefer active UT license, but will consider licensing
-- EMR: Cerner
