Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP start for a 3-month contract
  • Preferred Schedule: 12H and 24H shifts plus call coverage when needed
  • Worksite Setting: Level 2 NICU; 4-5 patient census
  • Scope of Work: Provider will perform newborn patient assessments; Diagnose and manage acute and chronic neonatal conditions; as well as ordering, and interpreting labs, etc.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AZ state License, BLS, and NRP. Required procedures include: Delivery room care, resuscitation, stabilization, as well as Peripheral arterial line placement, and intubations.
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $115 -120 per hour + expenses
