- Scope: urgent care, employment physicals, scheduled and walk-in work related injuries
- Dates: April 22 – July 26
- Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Volume: 22 ppd per provider
- EMR: Allscripts
- Experience: 2+ years of advanced practice UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification: CA lic, DEA, BLS, DOT
- Pay rate: $80 per hour
