- Scope: occupational medicine and primary care
- Dates: ASAP – July 24
- Schedule: M-F 9:30a-6p
- Volume: 10-15 patients per day
- Support Staff: 1 MA
- EMR: EPIC
- Requirements: Active CA license, DEA, BLS and 2+ ys of Occ Med NP exp.
