Job Description
Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 3 months with possible extension
Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p (60). No weekends or holidays
Worksite Setting: Outpatient clinic
Scope of Work: Urgent Care, DOT Physicals, Worker's Comp, Injury First Aid, Employee Screenings.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC NP with Occ Med experience, active CA license, BLS and AED certified, ACLS preferred, DEA, and DOT certified required. Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred. Must be comfortable being solo provider
EMR: Prognosis
Pay Rate Preferred: $80-$90 per hour
DOT certification by start date needed.
Volume: 25+ ppd
Support: Solo provider plus Center Mgr, MA, X-ray, PT
