Dates of Coverage:
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for June and July:
Mondays 6:30A-12P
Tuesdays 6A-12P
And Thursdays 12P-6P

Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine Experience is a Plus
Patients seen will be 14 years of age on up
Requirements include 2+ years of Advanced Practice Experience
Active IL License
DEA
BLS
MDA will pay weekly via direct deposit, cover all medical liability insurance, and compensate for mileage.
