Job Details
- Experience in assists with surgical procedures, inpatient consults, and inpatient rounding
- Responsibilities for this position
First assist in the operating room 3 days/week. Does the majority of skin closures. Includes pre-op interval notes, brief of notes and discharge orders.Outpatient/Clinic includes being with a surgeon 2 days a week. Autonomous clinic days are set up when the surgeon is out of town or other providers are not working.
Procedural oriented meaning training in flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, etc.
Rounding and call on weekends
