Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality inpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.
• Work with a dedicated leadership team that advocates for both patients and staff.

• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in patient rounds.
• Participate in clinical and research activities (research interests supported but not required).
