Job Description
Queens NYC - Psych NP - ACT Team - All adults - $120,000 + Benefits
- Richmond Hill, NY - Short drive to Forest Hills, Crown Heights or Southern LI
- Fantastic opportunity to join not-for-profit agency treating underserved pts.
- Provide psych treatment as member of mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team
- Travel in the community - see patients w SPMI
- Cover Queens County - vehicle provided (or receive reimbursement)
- See patients ages 18+ (see 4-5 patients/day)
- Work 35 hours/week - Monday thru Friday - New grads can be considered
- Full support staff on ACT team. CMO and Associate CMO available for consults
- 2 weeks vacation (grows to 5 weeks) + 4 days PTO + 10 sick days +13 holidays
- $120,000K + full benefits (health, vision, malpractice, etc.)
