Brooklyn, NYC- PMHNP - P/T - ACT/IMT -$77,000 (20 hours/week)
- Work in the heart of NYC in an a collaborative setting treating the underserved
- This is not a tele-health role
- Must Have Minimum 2 years PMHNP experience to be considered
- Article 31 - criminal justice background patients
- Provide Evals, med management & coordinate primary care/therapy
- P/T - flexible scheduling
- See ages 14+ mainly adult and older adolescent patients
- Compensation: $77,000 annual salary (for 20 hours/week) - Vehicle provided
