Job Description
About the POSITION:
Seeking a PMHNP for their FQHC
This will be a 4 day work week. The BH Department is open 8am - 6pm, closed for lunch from 1pm - 2pm. They can choose which day of the week they want off. If they prefer to work 5 days a week, they can work that out.
Will see on average 18- 20 patients per day, once established.
They will work with 1 nurse at each clinic; and there are 3 locations -
