Job Description

St Johnsbury, VT - PMHNP - O/P - Adults/Some Children - To $150K - F/T - No Call
- NE corner of VT - 90 minutes E of Burlington, VT
- O/P - Full Time - No Call
- See Adults and some adolescents (seeing children is optional)
- 30 Min Med Management and 60-90 Min Evals depending on need
- Suboxone license is a plus
- Work as part of a team including 2 PMHNP's and 2 Psychiatrists
- Monday thru Friday 5(8's) or 4(10)'s schedule an option
- Credible EMR
- $130K to $150K + 5 wks vacation + 12 sick days + 12 paid holidays + CME allowance
