Job Description
Springfield, MA - PMHNP - O/P - F/T - Adults - $156K/yr + Fed Loan Repay
-30 Mins N of Hartford, CT + 1 hour W of Worcester, MA
-Non-Profit CMHC - treat underserved patients
-All Adult patients - see avg 15 patients/day
-Hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office - balance via tele-health
-Work Monday - Friday - 4(10's) or 5(8's) option
-General MH patients (50%) + Dual Diagnosis,/addictions/MAT patients (50%)
-Suboxone license required - experience prescribing Suboxone a plus
-60 min evaluations and 20 minute med management (40 mins for complicated follow ups)
-85% of work day is clinical - 15% is administrative
-Join a team of 2 PMHNP's, 2 PA's and Psychiatrist (Med Director)
