Holyoke/Springfield, MA mix - PMHNP - O/P - All ages - $166K
-Holyoke just 10 miles N of Springfield and Springfield 25 miles N of Hartford
-2 + Years PMHNP experience desired - Spanish a plus
-Non Profit - Community Mental Health Agency
-PMHNP to see patients across the lifespan
-Split time - 1/2 time in Community Health Center and 1/2 time at CMHC
-60 min evals and 20/30 min mgmt. (adults/kids)
-Join a team of 5 MD's and 12+ PMHNP's
-1 Hour Admin Time Daily
-See approximately 12-14 patients/day
-Flex Schedule of 5(8's) or 4(10's) - flex start time -
-Work all mental health - can carry a Suboxone caseload if interested
-Federal Loan Repay qualified location
-$166K ($80/hr) + Benefits + Loan Repay
