Manhattan, NY - Psych NP - Adults Only - To $165k + Benefits
-Non profit NYC organization
-2 Years PMHNP experience (3600 hours + independent practice)
-Split time between 80 bed women's shelter + 54 unit residential program
-Split time between 80 bed women's shelter + 54 unit residential program
-21 hours/wk women's shelter + 14 hrs/wk Residential program
-Join team including 1 PMHNP/women’s shelter & 1 P/T Psychiatrist in residential prog,
-See women age 45+ with history of schizophrenia/schizo-affective disorders, depression/bipolar disorder in shelter
-Shelter patients are stable w/avg LOS 1-1.5 years - approx 8 patients/day w/max of 1-2 intakes
-Residential program see men + women ages 18+
-Residential patients w/background of homelessness - Approx. 6 patients/day & 1-2 intakes per month
-Residential patients w/background of homelessness - Approx. 6 patients/day & 1-2 intakes per month
-Flex schedule (programs operate Mon-Sun & can be structured as a 4 or 5 day week)
-Ability to work Saturday or Sunday would be a plus
-25 days PTO, 11 Holidays, 15 Sick Days + CME
-$145K-$165K DOE + Benefits
