Yakima WA - PMHNP - O/P - Adults - to $195K + Sign Incentive + Fund for Relo + $50K Fed Loan Repay
-Multiple Needs
- Yakima, WA – 3 vacancies
- PACT (program for assertive community treatment)
- PMHNP – must have 1 yr prescribing experience or be a highly confident & competent new grad; previous experience with PACT programs strongly preferred for new grad candidates
- Adults with severe & persistent mental illness
- Will have office-based appointments and community-based appointments
- For community, will always be accompanied by a case manager or RN
- Required to participate in call/rounding rotation for Yakima inpatient units
- Corrections & Residential
- PMHNP – new grad or experienced; prior mental health or nursing experience in a corrections setting highly desired
- Will split time between Yakima County Jail (40%), 16-bed adult residential facility for co-occurring disorders, 12-bed adult transitional living group home, 29-bed adult long-term residential treatment
- Regular community travel during the workday
- Required to participate in call/rounding rotation for Yakima inpatient units
- Youth
- PMHNP – new grad or experienced PMHNP
- Outpatient treatment for a variety of diagnoses
- Pre-teens to young adults
- Also telehealth to other campuses to treat youth clients
- Very limited local travel
- Required to participate in call/rounding rotation for Yakima inpatient units
- PACT (program for assertive community treatment)
- Large behavioral health network
- Very reasonable caseload
