Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in Oregon
Details/Requirements:
--Expected start as soon as credentialed (45 days)
--Schedule Monday through Thursday four- 10 hour shifts per week
--Job duties: meeting patients when they are admitted, followed up with an H&P in the first few days. Research other charts from hospitals for health history and inputting the information into our EHR.
--Average of two patients per day.
--Six-month assignment with the opportunity for extension
